Across the Walkway Over the Hudson

The more we live, more brief appear
Our life’s succeeding stages:
A day to childhood seems a year,
And years like passing ages.
The gladsome current of our youth,
Ere passion yet disorders,
Steals lingering like a river smooth
Along its grassy borders.

Great pictures! It reminded me of my last visit to NY about 6 years ago. We took a helicopter tour ride over the Hudson River passing the Statue of Liberty. It was amazing!
